You’re welcome to return some or all items from your delivery, as long as:
Unfortunately, items which are personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.
In order for non-personalised items to be eligible for a return, they must be unused and in the same condition as when received, and they must be in the original packaging.
To complete the return process, we will need your order number as proof of purchase.
For items that have been received in a faulty or broken condition, we will request a photo of the item(s) for our records and to understand the issue. Failure to provide a photo may result in the inability to process your exchange or return.
